Just in case we've never met....

Hi! I'm Cami.

I am a trauma embodiment coach trained in using mind AND body-based techniques to release trauma held in the body, mind and heart.

(Certified in Somatic Experiencing, Yoga w/applied Polyvagal Theory, & Somatic EMDR. Trained in Inner Child, IFS work, Mindfulness, Mindset, Chakra work & Breathwork for releasing trauma).

I also have first-hand experience healing and releasing terrifying triggers of my own suppressed trauma.

I use my training and personal experience to help my clients also heal and release trauma from their bodies.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS..

What if I can't make it to all the classes or I start the series a week or 2 late?

It's ok, you will still get the benefits of learning to listen to and understand the language of your body through the classes you attend.

You may sign up for the class that works best with your schedule and get enrolled in the series, even if you can't attend all of them.

And....it is a powerful experience to let the classes build on each other if possible, so I do encourage you to come to all or as many as you can.

What level of yoga class is this?

It is an 'all' level class and I can give options for poses as needed. It's not your typical yoga class, as we somatically focus on how our bodies feel in the poses. And each person gets to choose how quickly or slowly they move through each pose.

What does a typical class look like?

First we start with some trauma education and an invitation to set a personal intention for the class.

Then the rest of the class is filled with breathing, vagal toning, an asana sequence or two and we end with a meditation.

What is the difference in the 3 class option?

I will teach the same material in all 3, I'm just offering an evening, morning and online option so more interested people can join the class.

The online class will happen at the same as the morning class but I will be the only one on video.
